ISLAMABAD: The
National Electric Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has issued a notification for reduction in electricity price by Rs 2.60 per unit.
The new tariff would be
legalised to all the consumer categories except lifeline consumers, domesti
c consumers consuming upto 300 units and agriculture cons
umers.
NEPRA further clarified that negative adjustment on account of monthly funer
al consumers alliance (FCA) is also applicable to the domesti
c consumers having time of use (ToU) metres irrespective of their consumption level.
