KARACHI: During an encounter with the police, an alleged robber was killed in Garden area of the city on Saturday.According to sources, the robber was l
ooting people at gunpoint in the area, when the police
reached the scene. Upon seeing the police, he opened fire on the
m which was reciprocated by them.During the exchange of fir
e, the accused was shot and died on the spot. A TT pistol and bullets were recovered by the police from his pos
session. He was shifted to Civil Hospital for medico-legal formalities.
